Simple rice recipe. This fried rice contains lots of vegetables and spicy sauce. The recipe lasts for 3-4 servings and is also ideal as meal prep for the week.

Ingredients
170 g rice
vegetables
2green onions
2carrots
1/2broccoli
1/2zucchini
1/2cupfrozen peasthawed in water
seasoning
1chilichopped
2garlic cloveschopped
1piecegingerchopped
soy sauce
optional
1onioncut into strips
Scrambled eggs or tofu scrambled eggs
Sriracha
black sesame seeds
Instructions
At first cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Chop vegetables in cubes and sauté in oil until crispy.
Put the vegetables (except the peas) in a bowl. Add spices to the pan and sauté. Add the rice and sauté occasionally. Put the vegetables back in the pan and mix with the rice. Now add the peas and the soy sauce.
Fry the onions in a pan with oil crispy.
Divide fried rice in bowls and serve with fried onions, scrambled eggs / tofu scrambled eggs and Sriracha sauce.
