Put chia seeds in a screw-top jar, it's easiest way or you can put them in a bowl. Add milk and maple syrup and shake or stir. Repeat 2-3 times. And then off in the fridge overnight or let it swell for 1 hour.
If you want hot cherry jelly you can do it at best in the morning otherwise you can prepare it the night before.
Put cherries with sugar and a little water (1tbsp) in a small saucepan and thaw over medium heat. When the cherries are bubbling well, add a pinch of cinnamon / vanilla and mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Add to the cherries and boil briefly while stirring. Remove from heat and pour into a small bowl.
In the morning / or after 1 hour:
Whisk the chia pudding again and add the yoghurt and layer in a glass or bowl with the cherries.
