Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Melt the butter and chocolate together. Microwave or over the water bath.
Add the sugar and stir well.
Add eggs and whisk. Mix flour with baking powder, ginger and salt and fold into the chocolate mixture.
Pour into a baking paper tray and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Allow to cool and garnish with peanut butter and chocolate.
Notes
If you like, you can add 100 g of chopped walnuts to the dough. Tastes great too!
