Basic pancake recipe
This basic pancake recipe is alwasy welcome on our breakfast table. They are super airy and so delicious. We like to eat them with cinnamon and sugar.

Instructions
Add flour, baking powder, sugar, milk and egg yolk in a large bowl and whisk to a smooth dough.
Beat the egg whites with the hand mixer very stiff. Then carefully lift under the dough. This will make the pancakes nice and super soft.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add a tbsp of dough to the pan and sauté from both sides for 4 minutes.
Notes
Tip: Serve with plenty of cinnamon and sugar. Mix cinnamon with sugar and pour generously over the hot pancakes.
Tip: Serve with hot fruit compote.
