Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread
The best chocolate chunk banana bread. I updated the recipe from 2017. And it turns out so delicious and moist. It´s vegan and dairy-free.

Ingredients

ripe bananas
2 -3
tbsp
coconut blossom sugar or brown sugar

coconut oil

/ 2 cups of flour

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
baking powder

tsp
bicarb
pinch
of salt

apple vinegar

oatmilk

dark chocolate + more for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 °C and grease loaf tin with coconut oil.
Add banana, sugar and oil in a
food processor
and blend until well combined.
Add the rest of the ingredients ( except the chocolate) and blend again. Now you will have a smooth batter.
Stir the chocolate and pour the mixture into the loaf tin. Sprinkle with some extra chocolate drops o the top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
For
a rich chocolate banana cake
add 4 tbsp cocoa powder to the batter and use a extra sliced banana for topping. Baking time see instructions.
