80grice pudding
320mloat milk
pinchof salt
1tspBourbon vanilla extract or 1/2 scraped vanilla pod
compote
200gplumspitted and quartered
200gfrozen blueberries or fresh blueberries
50gof sugar
Zest of 1/2 organic orange
1tbspof orange juice
5buds of lavender flowers
1/2tspcinnamon
1tbspchia seeds
Anleitungen
Put rice, milk, salt and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer gently with occasional stirring for 25-30 minutes. Possibly add a little more milk depending on the desired consistency.
Caramelise the sugar for the compote.
Add fruits, orange juice and spices, stir and simmer for 8 minutes. After the cooking time, stir in the chia seeds and let them soak for 10 minutes.
