Narrow carrot sticks
Chocolate drops and chopped nuts

Waffles:
Mix oat milk with vinegar and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Add yogurt, olive oil and syrup to the oat milk, stir and then add to the flour mixture. Stir well and leave to rest until the waffle iron is hot.
Dough yields 6 waffles for my iron.
Waffles golden baking.
Guacamole:
Mash the avocado with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients.
