Clean the green beans and wash them well. Then bring plenty of water to the boil and cook the beans for 5 minutes until they are firm to the bite. Then put in a colander, rinse with cold water and drain.
Finely chop the savory. Cut the bread slices into cubes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil until crispy.
Put the savory in a bowl and mix well with the remaining dressing ingredients.
Arrange the beans on a platter and garnish with feta, croutons and dressing.
If you like, you can add some Zaatar over the salad.
