Put the flour with salt and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix. Let the yeast dissolve in lukewarm milk, then knead with the butter and egg under the flour mixture. Now knead for 1 minute with the dough hook and then leave to rest in a warm place for 1 hour. Then shape the dough into a ball and divide it into 8 pieces.
Roll each piece into about 30 cm long strands and cut off 2 cm pieces.
Roll the separated parts into balls. Place a ball in the middle of a strand and twist the ends around the ball twice.
Continue this process until all 8 bunnies are done.
Place on a sheet of baking paper and leave to rest for another 20 minutes.
Brush with cream or whisked egg and decorate with hail sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
