Silken tofu chocolate mousse | vegan
This creamy chocolate mousse with silken tofu and dates is easy to make and incredibly tasty. You only need 3 ingredients.

silken tofu

dark chocolate

Medjool dates

Pinch
of sea salt

maple syrup
Orange zest 1/2 orange
Instructions
Melt the chocolate over the water bath or in the microwave.
Put the silken tofu, dates, orange zest, salt and maple syrup in a blender and mix until creamy.
When the mixture is homogeneous, add the melted chocolate and mix again.
Pour into jars and chill for about 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream, chocolate chips or berries.
