Instructions
It is best to put the ingredients in a medium sized glass with lid. This is the easiest way to do it.
And now you shake the glass again and again until you realize the seeds are swelling, it takes about 20 minutes.
In the first 5 minutes I often pour it through so nothing clogs and then every 5 minutes.
Leave in the refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight. At next morning, add 1-2 tbsp yogurt, smoothie or milk and serve with fruit or granola.
