1handful fresh spinach
1handful kale
80gfrozen pineapple
1/2papayachopped
1frozen ripe banana
1orangepeeled
1cupoat milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients to a blender, blend until smoothie and creamy for about 1 minute.
Add liquid if desired.
Pour into jars and enjoy.
Notes
Tip: If you buy your greens bag it into the freezer for your smoothies. I often place all the ingredients in bags to have all at home If I want my smoothie.
