Sweet Potato Turmeric Soup
This sweet potato turmeric soup warms from the inside. And also ideal as a meal prep. Prepare on weekends and enjoy throughout the week.

sweet potatoes
chopped (600 g)

floury cooking potatoes
chopped (550g)

carrots

small orange bell peppers

of garlic
chopped

hot pepper
spicy of your choice

sunflower oil
parsley

of water
lime juice

Instructions
Fry onions, garlic, ginger, spices and hot peppers in oil.
Deglaze with boiling water and bring to boil.
Then add peeled and chopped potatoes and sweet potatoes.
Cook and crush with a fork or similar. Who wants can puree the whole soup.
Add the bay leaf and sliced carrots.
Simmer for another 20 minutes. Season with salt and lime juice.
Finely chop the peppers and parsley and place in bowls.
Pour hot soup on it and enjoy. Bon Appetit.
Is really a delicious soup and brings you in good shape.
Notes
Tip: You can also take fresh coriander instead of parsley.
Tip: Spices don´t roast too long otherwise the taste suffers.
