8gbaking powder

100gof frozen cherries

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a cake mold and dust with some flour.
Beat the butter and sugar with the hand mixer until frothy (about 5 minutes).
Mix flour, baking powder, starch and lemon. Add the flour mixture, milk and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix.
Add apple cider vinegar in the end and don`t over mix. Dust the cherries with a little flour and fold it under the dough.
Fill into the cake mold and bake for 40-50 minutes. If the cake too dark cover with baking paper.
Make a stick sample to check if the cake is ready.
Allow to cool briefly (10 minutes) in the mold and then let cool completely on a grid.
Who likes dust the cake before serving with some powdered sugar. Mmmhhhhh!
