Combine all the ingredients in a pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Once it boils, turn it down and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often, or until the corn are cooked. Divide the polenta porridge between two bowls
Compote:
Add berries in a small pot and bring to a simme and let cook for for 5 min. Stir.
Pour over porridge and finally, drizzle the porridge with nut butter, tahini and maple syrup.
