Dice the butter and add to the flour mixture. Process with the hands or the hand mixer to a smooth dough, let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Roll out the dough again and cut out or shape into small balls and press a little flat.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Let cool completely and dip the biscuits in melted chocolate.
