Ingredients
210gWhole Wheat Flour300 ml oat milk, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, salt, 1 - 2 tbsp of coconut blossom sugar, 2 tbsp non dairy yogurt (almond, coconut or soy)
Instructions
Method:
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, sugar and salt. Mix milk, yogurt and apple cider vinegar. Add liquid ingredients to the flour mixture. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp of dough.
When the dough gets bubbles turn around. Serve with berries, more yogurt and maple syrup.
