Healthy Whole wheat Pancakes - vegan and super fluffy
Healthy whole wheat pancakes. Vegan and dairy free. Tastes so good with fresh berries and coconut yogurt.
Whole Wheat Flour
300 ml oat milk, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, salt, 1 - 2 tbsp of coconut blossom sugar, 2 tbsp non dairy yogurt (almond, coconut or soy)
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, sugar and salt. Mix milk, yogurt and apple cider vinegar. Add liquid ingredients to the flour mixture. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp of dough.
When the dough gets bubbles turn around. Serve with berries, more yogurt and maple syrup.
