Ingredients

wheat flour

vegan butter

of brown sugar
Egg substitute: 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons of water

cinnamon
pinch
of salt
sugar pearls
sprinkles
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Put in a mixing bowl and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, salt and cinnamon and stir with the hand mixer for 1 minute.
Add the flour and the egg mixture and mix together at the highest level.
Roll the dough into balls and dip in sugar pearls. Place on a baking sheet with distance and let rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake cookies for 12 minutes.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before completely cooling on a wire rack.
Notes
After baking, the biscuits are a bit freaked out. The best right after the cookies come out of the oven, with a glass opening round shape.
