250gflour
100gof soft butter
2tbspcocoa powder
1tspbaking powder
pinchof salt
1tspvanilla paste
80gof sugar
1tbspyoghurt
1tbsp.Chocolate cream

2tbspof pistachioschopped
50gwhite chocolatechopped
Instructions
Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla and cocoa powder until creamy with the hand mixer.
Mix the yoghurt and chocolate cream briefly, followed by the dry ingredients. Combine everything with each other on a low level. He gets crumbly.
Now place the dough on a work surface and work with your hands to a firm dough and then shape into a roll. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
