Super easy breakfast. Healthy, delicious and fast to make. This healthy poppy seed cream perfectly for your breakfast table.
Just right if you don`t have enough time in the morning. You can fill it up in a jar and take it to your workplace. If you don´t want to mix it up, add the ingredients in a jar and soak it overnight , so will get creamy poppy seed overnight oats at the next morning. Topped with fresh berries and chopped fruits and you have a great and healthy breakfast.
Poppy Oat Cream
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup of walnuts and cashews
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- white currants
- Add all ingredients in a large jar and let it soak overnight.
- Blend in the morning, pour in a bowl and garnish your cream with blueberries and white currants.
