To get a delicious and nutritious smoothie. Find the balance between fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, powders (maca, spirulina, cacoa, turmeric) and spices (cinnamon, vanille). Search from each category 1-2 and if possible organic goods.

- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp detox powder or wheatgrass, spirulina
- 1 piece ginger
- 4 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup water
- Mix all ingredients in blender with a few ice cubes until smooth.
