It´s weekend it´s chocolate mandarin porridge time! Yay and I think this is a great time to celebrate the day. At the time I love it to blend my oatmeal. After this you have a smooth and creamy texture.
Just soak your oats, buckwheats, nuts,…. overnight… add pears, apples or berries and blend it. Now you have a creamy, easy and delicious breakfast…
Chocolate Mandarin Porridge
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 mandarin
- Add all ingredients in big jar, cover with water and soak overnight.
- On the next day, add mandarin, maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Blend creamy and smooth.
- Pour in a bowl and garnish with bananas, white currants, grapes, bee pollen, flax seeds, cacao nibs and more maple syrup!
I’ve already tasted it with blood orange and it tastes very delicious. Or you take a “normal” orange.
