Cashew Oat Cream with Tahini
Hello there. I´m a big breakfast lover and so I try again new ideas and recipes. My favorite breakfast is bircher muesli or overnight oats and since last week this delicious cashew oat cream! Basically it`s quite simple. Soak your oats and seeds overnight and blend it in the morning. Then I love it to top it with ripe bananas, defrosted berries or of course fresh berries is seasonal and nut butter, I use vanilla almond walnut butter. You can make a crunchy cream or you can make it smooth here you blend it a bit longer.
You can also add maple syrup If you like it sweet. Or blend it with a ripe a banana.
Cashew Oat Cream with tahini
- Wash and rain sunflower seeds and cashew nuts. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend it smooth.
- Pour in a bowl and serve with fruits and nut butter.
Through the long-chain carbohydrates and dietary fiber will you fill up. Oatmeal are excellent energy suppliers and good source of vegetable protein. They are rich in B vitamins and trace elements such as copper and zinc.
For more power and yummylicious wawoom you can add 1 tsp maca, baobab or lucuma powder.
