Fruity and the taste after hot summer days in the hand. The summer has really shown its glorious side this year. Pool time, watermelon, lying in the hammock and looking through the leaves to the blue sky. Water ice, smoothies and an infinite number of books stand on my summer list.
I look back a bit wistfully and yet I’m looking forward to the coming season. Autumn!
INGREDIENTS FOR RASPBERRY MARACUJA SMOOTHIE
400 ml coconut milk
1 ripe banana
1 passion fruit
1 splash of lime
1 tbsp maple syrup
200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
Add the ingredients to the blender in sequence and mix for 45 seconds at the highest level.
