Just 4 ingredients in these addicting sweet and salty almond clusters. Super easy and quick to make. The favorite for no baking peeps.
- 150 g chocolate, chopped
- 200 g roasted nuts, chopped
- sea salt
- dried flowers
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Stir the almonds into the chocolate, making sure to coat each one. Spoon clusters onto a lined baking sheet, as large or small as you'd like.
- Sprinkle with a little sea salt and dried flowers, then allow chocolate to completely set.
I use my fav orange brittle chocolate but I think it works at the best with dark chocolate.
