The recipes are easy, healthy and delicious.
As a child, I suffered from neurodermatitis and hay fever. Fortunately, I got it without cortisone. And to this day I am free. I also had the great fortune to have a very good homoeopath to whom I owe a lot. As I grew older, I dealt with nutrition and health. And quickly noticed that a vegan / vegetarian diet gets me very well. Also for ethical reasons I stopped eating fish and meat. Only eggs (from my chickens) Organic cheese and yogurt I eat from time to time. I have almost completely removed industrial sugar from my menu, as an alternative I take coconut blossom sugar, dates, maple syrup or agave syrup.
I`m a big animal and nature lover. I had since my childhood animals, rabbits, cats, dogs, birds, a horse, guinea pigs. I can´t life without this beautiful creatures. And If I can I stand all days in the kitchen. Don`t laugh, it`s true. You can ask my neighbors or the post man, haha. My recipes are mostly vegan and vegetarian. I love to share my breakfast ideas and many more delicious recipes. I love healthy and tasty dishes without schishi. Pure and best with local products.
Hopefully you’ll find a little cooking inspiration whether you’re vegan, gluten-free or just someone who loves good food.

- Fruits fruits fruits, especially apples. I can not live without it. 🙂
- Scandinavia is my place of longing, because moose are sooo cute!
